It's that time of year and I've had tons of requests for holiday portraits! Because of the pandemic, there was a lot of debate if and how I would do them. After lots of consideration, I've decided to go ahead with a modified version of them this year.

I will be offering both studio and outdoor sessions for the full month of November within Huntsville.

In order to keep everyone as safe as possible and to stay true to my pandemic policies, I will only be photographing one session per day which means all sessions will be taking place in Huntsville only this year. This will allow me enough time between sessions to disinfect and also 'quarantine' any props.

There are 2 options; customizable studio sessions for children under 18 months old. These are best for families with only one child who do not require family photos. AND outdoor sessions which you can choose your own location within Huntsville. These are most ideal for full families, older children, siblings and even pets. All the details for each session is listed below.

STUDIO:

Cost: $150+hst for a 10-15 minute studio session, private online proofing gallery and 3 edited digital images. Additional images can be purchased for $20+hst each.

Where: Huntsville Home Studio located just minutes away from the hospital

When: Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm, available throughout the month of November. I will only be taking on 1-2 studio sessions per week as per my Covid-19 studio policies and precautions.

For Who: This set up is for newborns to 18 months old and is best for those with only 1 young child. If you have older children or multiple children, the outdoor sessions will be most appropriate.

Set Up: I have always preferred to keep my setups timeless and classic so the focus is on your child. You will be able to choose from 1 of 3 backdrop options (White boards, light stain boards or authentic dark brown barn boards), you can choose 1 prop from my collection (which you can view online) and I will provide some classic Christmas and winter decor to add that touch of magic. Christmas props include items such as garland, wreaths, vintage sleigh, wooden skiis and snowshoes, pine cones, cranberry's and other timeless and natural decor.

How To Book: Let me know your date and time preference and I'll send over a contract for you to fill out followed by your invoice. All sessions must be paid for in full upon booking. Credit card and email transfers are all accepted. Once your invoice is paid, your session spot is secured!

Covid-19 Policies: You will be sent a detailed covid policy form upon booking to review and sign. This will go through all the safety precautions that will be taken during your session to ensure your health and safety.

OUTDOOR:

Where: You can choose any location within 15 minutes of downtown Huntsville! If you're not sure, let me know and I can recommend a few spots depending on your preferences. Places with some evergreens always make a festive choice.

When: Sessions take place Monday to Friday in the morning or afternoon. Saturday and Sunday they will be available in the morning only. I will only be booking one session per day as per my Covid-19 policies and precautions.

For Who: This is for the whole family from your freshest new babes to your littles that are now bigger than you and the pets too! And of course for mom and dad too! You can even use this as a holiday couples session too!

Set Up: I have always preferred to keep my Christmas setups simple and timeless (so the focus stays on your family) with just a few festive items that you can opt to use or skip. This year will be the same. I'll have garland, wreaths and a vintage sled that you can request if you like.
