Great news friends! Earlier this week it was announced that photography was legally allowed to resume in Phase 2 approved regions of Ontario as of Friday June 12th 2020! YAY!!

I wanted to give everyone a little update in regards to how things at Diana With Love Photography will look going forward and the new procedures and policies I’m putting in place to help keep us all safe while shooting.

NEW POLICIES / PROCEDURES:

I will be sending each client a guide on the current policies to review and sign off on. This guide will most likely change as the governments restrictions and regulations change. New policies will include 24-48 hours between sessions (only one family per day), sanitizing all gear between sessions, physical distancing, gathering limits, allowing only those being photographed at sessions, mask wearing, sanitization, health screening etc.

BOOKINGS:

I am currently working on re booking all of my pre scheduled sessions from March to June that were forced to postpone due to covid19. Everyone has been emailed and most have set their new dates (please reach out if you haven’t received an email from me yet). As soon as those are re booked, I’ll be contacting the rest of my pre booked sessions from July to October to start scheduling their sessions.

If you have not pre booked but would like to schedule a session, I do have some weekday availability remaining for the summer and fall for you. Weekends are, however, fully booked until October at this time.

OUTDOOR SESSIONS:

Outdoor sessions will resume as of June 12th in Phase 2 approved regions. These sessions will be shot from a distance, which is easy to do with my gear, and there will be no contact for posing.

IN HOME LIFESTYLE SESSIONS:
These sessions will resume in July so long as the restrictions have not changed. I will be wearing a mask while in your home and will be shooting from a distance and there will be no contact while posing.

POSED AND STUDIO SESSIONS:

Posed (baby/newborn) and studio sessions will be resuming in August provided the restrictions have not changed. I am currently making some changes to the studio space to ensure the health and safety of all my clients. There will be several new procedure in studio including 48 hours between sessions, extra sanitization procedures before and after sessions, masks, extra hand washing, health screening ect.

PETITE PORTRIATS / MINI SESSIONS:

This year I had planned several Petite Portrait events, however due to their nature of them and the current restrictions, I will be placing these on hold for the time being. When and if I am able to create a new event, they will be announced on my social media channels and my blog. Fingers crossed the Spring Swing set up will be able to move forward before the year is done!
