To take advantage of this offer email hello@dianawithlove.com with the subject line EBP+5 and include the following information in your email:
Type of session you would like to book. Ex. Newborn, Maternity, Family, Couples
What month you would like to book (we'll confirm dates as we get closer to that month in order of who booked first)
If you need a weekday or weekend date
Location you would like your photos to be at or close to
Once I have this information, I'll email you a contract to be completed before February 14th. Once that is complete, your session and promotion is reserved.
You will then receive an invoice with your booking fee, most likely once the lockdown is lifted. (This is just as a precaution in case our lockdown lasts longer than expected.) You will have 48 hours from receiving the invoice to pay the balance which will then lock in and secure your session spot and promotion.
Invoices that are not paid within 48 hourswill lose their reservation spot and promotion eligibility.
FEBRUARY TO APRIL DATE REQUESTS:
If you are hoping to book between February and April I will be putting your name on a waiting list. Please send in all the same information as requested above. Once we are given the green light to reopen, I will contact everyone in order and send you the contract. This will ensure you are eligible to still receive the early booking promo ;)
During the lockdown, retail photography is not permitted and my studio and services are closed.
PANDEMIC & CLOSURE POLICIES:
In the event we are under another lockdown during your scheduled session month, I will work with each client to postpone and rebook your session dates. Until the pandemic is done, your sessions will be transferable to a new date if needed due to illness or lockdown restrictions.
Prior to our session you will receive a new policy form based on the recommendations from our heath unit outlining precautions and any new procedures that will be taken during our session. It is also required that each client screen themselves and all family members prior to our session. I will be doing the same screening for myself prior to each session.
During our sessions all proper heath and safety measures will be taken as per the relevant recommendations given by our health unit. (ie. masks, sanitization, distancing etc.)
